With nothing much to do at the moment I've decided to bore you all to death with the irksome sanity that is my life and ramblings!
So where to begin? Well first of all, I still hate Sta.sh
sue me-seriously though now.
Hopefully I shall have my recent plunge into painting escapades posted on here sometime this summer.
Otherwise I have been suffering writers block and been unable to finish much of my multiple works
Over in the topic of "books and tings, tings and books" I discovered a relatively recent comic named "Uber"
www.comicbookresources.com/?pa… do you love WW2 or superheroes perhaps? How about art that may tend to feature gore and stories where there's always a feeling of hopelessness? Well than this is the book for you!
Other than that I recommend the upcoming "Trillium" by Jeff Lemire or wait for the trade of a mini-series from this year "Furious"
www.amazon.com/Furious-Bryan-J… which unlike Trillium or Uber I can at least tell you that I have read it.
Being as tired of this topic as you undoubtedly are let's ignore the "Big 2" of comic companies and move on to movies.
It doesn't take me performing a blood ritual to figure out that there is a lot of bad movies coming out this year such as "Hercules" or "The Purge 2", how that movie made enough to warrant a sequel I'll never figure
out.
Movies that are most likely to be good is going to be debatable; I will be seeing Godzilla but I am aware of people who do not see the appeal of old-school Giant Monster movies (Shove Cloverfield down into the toilet where it belongs people
). Other noteworthy movies include "The Boxtrolls" and "Juan of the Dead" which gives us a Cuban take on the Zombie Apocalypse trend.
